There are wine festivals. And then there is Pair'd. Pair'd Margaret River Region is Western Australia's leading wine and food festival, designed from the ground up through the lens of a sommelier. Not a weekend of generic tastings and canapés. A three-day, fully curated celebration that treats wine as the starting point for something much larger: extraordinary food, music, culture and the kind of connection that only happens when the right people are gathered with a glass of wine in hand. Three hours south of Perth and a world away from anything ordinary. The Margaret River Region provides the setting. Ancient landscapes shaped by Wadandi people. A coastline that stops people mid-sentence. Wineries producing bottles that belong alongside the best in the world. Friday night is New Wave Gathering at Chow's Table, with next-generation winemakers, endless Chinese food from Mal Chow, DJs running all evening and a headline performance from Boo Seeka, an Australian electropop artist. Saturday is Pair'd Beach Club on the sands of Meelup Beach, with freshly shucked oysters, a four-course lunch curated by sommelier Cyndal Petty and the Indian Ocean directly in front of you. A private two-hour group session created exclusively for ARRIVAL guests at Redgate Beach, one of the region's most beautiful stretches of coastline. Professional coaches tailor the lesson to your level, whether you are a first-timer or already have some experience. Surfboards, wetsuits and return transport from The Timothée Resort all included. Back at the resort by approximately 11am.
