You’ll see some experiences marked as ‘on-request’. That means we need to confirm availability before locking them in. We take payment at the time of booking so that as soon as we get the green light, we can lock it in for you immediately – no delays, no risk of missing out. If it turns out that particular experience isn’t available, we’ll reach out to offer alternative dates or a refund – you’re in control. No messing around. On-request usually means you're looking at something truly special – remote, small-batch, or once-in-a-lifetime. These are the moments that make ARRIVAL trips unforgettable, and we do everything we can to make them happen for you.

As soon as your payment’s processed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation in your inbox. If your trip is ‘on-request’, we’ll then confirm things with our trip partner and send you the final confirmation once it’s all locked in.
