The Inspired Unemployed, Matt Ford & Jack Steele
A cult social following has seen Jack and Matt evolve from viral comedy creators into cultural influencers. They’re co-founders of Better Beer, one of Australia’s fastest-growing beverage brands and have expanded into mainstream media with their shows ‘The Inspired Unemployed (Impractical) Jokers’ and ‘The List’. Their ventures span media, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment, but travel has always been their passion. ARRIVAL was born from a need to meet a gap in the industry. A platform that offers the kind of life-changing adventures that Jack and Matt have experienced themselves, in a format that speaks to their community.
Quentin Nolan, CEO
Quentin Nolan is a veteran travel entrepreneur with 20+ years of success. At 21 he founded Mountainwatch Travel, now sending 20,000+ skiers annually to resorts across the globe. He co-owns Hakuba Hospitality Group and is the creator of Snow Machine, a music and snow festival with events in Japan and New Zealand. Quentin has long felt like something is missing in the industry – connection-led and feeling-first travel which ARRIVAL aims to fulfil.
Trent Ellen, GM
Trent Ellen is a travel industry leader with 15+ years of experience, having sold travel across every continent. He played a key role in the startup and growth of Luxury Escapes, helping scale it into one of the world’s fastest-growing travel platforms, and previously held senior positions at the Qantas Group. He heads up the ARRIVAL team with a strategic lens – heavily focused on innovation, connection and shaping transformative travel experiences.
