Conquer Khau Pha Pass, Vietnam
Climb into the clouds on one of Vietnam’s most dramatic mountain roads. This 30 km stretch winds through steep gradients and endless hairpin bends, rising above 1,200 metres and slicing through mist, cloud and cascading rice terraces. You’ll thread past remote ethnic villages, jagged peaks and valleys that drop away beneath you, before rolling into Sapa’s cool highland air with burning legs and views that feel almost unreal.

Pilot Daddy
I was on a scenic flight and asked the pilot if I could fly for a bit. He absolutely shouldn’t have said yes, but suddenly I was there, hands on the controls, gently banking left and right like this was totally normal. The real mistake wasn’t letting me fly – it was letting me land it. We lived, the plane survived. My girlfriend left me not long after… something about me “not being responsible.” Fair call. Still worth it.
Naked Ambition
I was on an all-expenses-paid work trip in Vietnam, meeting clients and networking. On the first night I ended up drinking with some locals. One drink turned into too many, which somehow led to skinny dipping on the beach. We got caught, chased by security staff, ran through back alleys to a karaoke bar, and ended up screaming pop songs till 4am. The next day the hotel complained, my boss called, and I lost my job. Three weeks later, I’m working for ARRIVAL and I’m heading back to Vietnam this year for one of the guy’s weddings. 11/10 would recommend.
Beached a Maserati
Jack and I took a wrong turn in the desert in a Maserati and got it properly bogged. Fully beached – tyres buried, bruised egos... a couple of city boys in the desert. Sat there for over an hour in the desert sun, no reception, no plan, slowly accepting this might just be our new home. Then out of nowhere, a truck carrying camels rolls up. The locals didn’t speak a word of English, towed us out, laughed at us, waved, and vanished back into the desert. Absolute legends!!!!
